Leather started peeling on furniture after 3 years of purchase. Place we we bought from went out of business. Bought at Mershman‘s furniture in West Point Iowa.s/n .
I will NOT be making one more payment until this is resolved. The extra warranty we purchase does not cover the quality of the product. They are replacing my husbands due to a mechanical issue and not repairable. My chair at the leg recliner pillows have bunched down toward the floor.
Defective lane big mans recliner rocker
This chair was purchased August 2019 at Menards. We purchased Lane due to the long reputation of quality furniture we have come to know. The recliner is comfortable, fabric in great shape and the first new furniture we ever bought.
We became full time here now for the past year, now that the couch is sat on more it definitely has not held up at all. I was wondering if there are replacement cushions available as well as cushion covers. Kitchen appliances keep the kitchen running smoothly, but they don’t have to cost you a fortune!

I special ordered leather for the...recliner chair 1 Sorry, I was told this was a Lane recliner, but it is NOT. I tried to go through a warranty company, that I purchased when I bought the sofa, but they do not cover peeling of leather. I am very protective of these two pieces and heartbroken to be in this mess. I would like something that is not going to show wear, peel or leather come off of it. I bought 3 sunset chocolate recliners and they r broke that u can't set in 2 of them.
I would like to get 2 of them replaced. It took a long time to receive them and then they were the wrong color. After almost a year one stopped rocking,. Looked underneath and found a spring broke off.
Couch with chase and ottoman
I have been dealing with this problem for one year now. I finally received my second ottoman and it is poorly made and damaged. My couch had a huge tear in the back of it like a fork lift when t through it. The chase lounges part has white stuffing showing at the seams. I have made many attempts to contact the store to let them know and I am hung up on every time.
Also have a nail or staple poking through the fabric on one. Was told can't do anything to fix or replace it. Mind you these chairs weren't even used with minor wear and tear. We had bought the Fandango couch about 6 years ago for our vacation home.We purchased it from Menards. It was used maybe 4 to 5 times a year.
The warranty does not cover the cost to ship the part. We were told to have someone call us and give them payment info over the phone. We paid $399 for this chair and now we are expected to put another $100 into this furniture and then fix it ourselves.
